We have made some changes to how we govern corporate responsibility to improve accountability and performance delivery.  The Corporate Responsibility Council was formed in January 2012, chartered by the Executive Leadership Team, and has accountability for delivering performance in the strategic, operational and commercial areas of the business.  The Council enhances business performance and company reputation by driving world class corporate responsibility across the company. 

The Council meets quarterly and is comprised of senior cross-functional leaders (direct reports to executive leaders). It is championed by the Global Chief Legal and HR Officer and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer and chaired by the Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer. It sets targets, measures and reports performance and builds on the company’s vision to be recognized internally and externally for world class corporate responsibility.

The Council reports to the Executive Leadership Team quarterly and twice a year to the Board of Directors.
