What Matters to Our Stakeholders
As we set out to more formally define our corporate responsibility strategy and programs, we benchmarked our performance against global standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). And, led by Future 500, we talked with our senior executives and regional businesses. Leaders from CR functions and leaders with key stakeholder relationships participated in the exercise.
Based on our findings, our targets and reporting focus on five key areas: Governance and Ethics, Alcohol Responsibility, Environmental Stewardship, Employees and Community and Responsible Sourcing. These are the corporate values and business ethics that matter most to our stakeholders: our employees, consumers, suppliers, communities, governments and interest groups. And they matter to us. On that, we are agreed.
