Initial Interview
Tell us about your own career development and why you want to be a part of Molson Coors. This is also your opportunity to find out more about us. We believe two-way communication starts from day one, so ask any and all questions.
Final Interview
This interview will be on-site at Molson Coors and typically involves the hiring manager, a member of our human resources team and/or team members. It’s your chance to get a better sense of our culture, what we value and your future opportunities with us.
Assessment
We may use online assessment tools or group assessment activities to measure attitudes and behavioral traits that generally do not emerge from interviews. These assessments help us determine how you’ll fit in our organization, in a specific role and with your team members.
