The Operations team's mission is to focus on becoming one of the best performing supply chains in the global beer industry. Supply Chain
The supply chain team is responsible for the demand planning, supply planning, deployment planning and fulfillment systems on a national basis. They ensure the management of inventories and beer movements in the distribution networks of Molson Canada and other partners or suppliers in order to satisfy the needs of its customers and are responsible to manage the purchasing of direct and indirect goods and services in compliance with Company policies.

Corporate Affairs
The Corporate Affairs team raises the Company's profile among its external and internal audiences. The group manages corporate, employee and financial communications, media relations, as well as industry and government affairs. It develops and oversees the Responsible Use Program "Here's to responsible choices", as well as community programs. It is also responsible for all corporate giving.

Information Technology
The Corporate Information Technology group has company-wide responsibility to provide maintenance and support of applications, technology infrastructure and networks, and telecommunications. Our IT team are enablers to achieve overall company objectives including improved competitiveness and business processes, accurate and timely business information, customer service requirements and maximum benefits of web-based communications.

Legal
The Legal team provides the corporate business groups with strategic legal advice to help them better assess risk and protect the Company's commercial interests. It also helps in drafting and enforcing acquisitions and financing contracts as well as those related to procurement, promotions, sponsorships and licenses, and ensures that Molson's activities comply with all legislation. This team also manages Molson's intellectual property assets, and ensures that Company trademarks and other intellectual property are appropriately registered and defended in relevant jurisdictions worldwide.
