Mr. Napier is currently Chairman of Imperial Tobacco Group PLC and Chairman of McBride PLC.
He is also a Non-Executive Director of John Menzies PLC and William Grant & Sons Holdings Limited.
He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Taylor Woodrow PLC an international housing and development company from 2002 to 2006 and prior to this he worked extensively in the Beer and Leisure industries.
From 2000-2001 he was Vice President UK & Ireland for Inbev SA following their acquisition of Bass Brewers.
From 1989-2000 he held various leadership positions with Bass PLC, including Chief Executive Officer Bass Leisure, and as a main Board Director, Chief Executive Officer Bass Brewers and Bass International Brewers from 1996 to 2000.
Mr. Napier is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
