Richardson Financial Group

Mr. Riley has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Richardson Financial Group, Ltd., a specialized financial services company, since 2003. Between 1992 and 2001, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Investors Group Inc., a personal financial services organization, retiring as Chairman in 2002. He served on the Board of Great West Lifeco until 2002, and has served as a director of The North West Company since 2002. His community affiliations include serving as Chancellor of the University of Winnipeg and past Chairman of the Manitoba Business Council.

He obtained a BA from Queen's University and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School. Mr. Riley is a Member of the Order of Canada.
