COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

At Molson, we’re proud to play our part by participating in countless community events and charitable initiatives. Some of our charitable initiatives include:

MVP – Molson Volunteer Program:
This program encourages employees to play their part in the community by volunteering for a charity or non-profit organization of their choice during working hours.  We’ve cleaned up the streets, worked in shelters and stocked local food banks to get out there and lend a hand.

Matching Gifts Program:
Launched in 1993, this program enables Molson employees to maximize their efforts and their dollars when making donations to Canadian Charities by matching employee donations – this automatically doubles the employee’s donation to the charity of their choice.

Mentoring Program:
Part of our Talent programs involves Molson employees getting paired up with Queen’s University students.  We coach and act as Mentors to students, and help them further develop communication, business and influencing skills. At the same time, students and our employees learn about the benefit and importance of giving back to the community and participate in philanthropic activities.
